We hate the Buckeyes? The one team that can always beat the hawks. Did not know that.
They can, but Iowa never has to play them. The earliest Iowa could possibly travel to OSU is 2020.

I knew that, but losing one BB game doesn't drive me towards hatred.cough*(2013 NCAA tourney)*cough

Haven't heard much. But IMO, the visitor section will pushed south to the lower and upper wedge areas in the SW corner of the stadium. And the upper and lower wedge areas in the SE corner will be at the lower price points like the End Zone seats were in all likelihood. Hillside seats likely remain the same price on the north. Not sure what the donation level will be for the End Zone Club at this time. But it appears to be $750 per season ticket. 3,000 seats in that area. Contrast that with the Jack Trice Club which requires a $5,000 donation per year allowing one to purchase up to 4 tickets at $1,500 apiece and a 3 year commitment. The Jack Trice Club includes adjacent parking to the stadium with the Cyclone Club donation.
All in all, there are additional tickets available now which will be reserved seating. IMO those in the End Zone wanting cheaper seats will be pushed to the wedge areas. And there will be a push to market those $750 tickets. Not sure what type of donation they will require, but keep in mind that they have 3,000 of those to market.
Sorry if this is posted elsewhere but the end zone club is basically the same as the jack trice club except on the end?
This makes sense. It is going to be a fairly major reshuffling of seats. Not sure I can make the step from $175 x 10 to $750 x 10 + donation. We are going to miss our great, cheap seats. Gone will be the best bargain in Big 12 football.

IMO, there will still be reasonably priced seats. Likely at that $175 season ticket price. But they won't be as good seats as you have had in the past. They will be in the wedge areas that will be new seating. So you will still get a bargain. And I still think the North Hillsides will be at $99.
I agree. In my opinion, access to the lounge isn't worth leaving the good views provided on the sidelines closer to midfield. It is hard to imagine that they will sell 3000 club seats. Some new and existing season ticket holders might want them because of access to the lounge, but 3000?
I agree. I would not give up my midfield seats for an end zone view - lounge or not.I agree. In my opinion, access to the lounge isn't worth leaving the good views provided on the sidelines closer to midfield.
All right, so I'm caught on something. If the new "capacity" is going to be 61K, is that seating capacity, or SRO capacity, the way that 56,800 is now, including the hillsides?
