got an e-mail from former cyclone hiawatha rutland, and he will not only be going to the bowl game, but he is doing a couple gigs out there (he's a comedian). he is performing at the ice house in phoenix on dec. 30th show is at 8 or 9 pm (cant remember which) and then jan 2nd he is at club E in tempe which is also at either 8 or 9 pm. he gave me a link to the club E show, so hopefully some of you can make it out to see him. his stand-up act is pretty good! i asked him if it was cool if i posted the show info on the forum here, and he said "hell yes, tell the cyclone nation merry christmas and i will see you all in arizona!"

after going back and looking.. yeah, he was the opening act for the comedy show in 04. I would hope he's gotten better, because he sucked. That whole night didnt have much good about it. Horatio Sanz was awful as well.

Hiawatha is a good guy and was regarded as the "funny man" of the FB team in his day. Yeah he sucked at VEISHEA, but I chilled with him at a friend's place one time and a few times at Paddys and he was a pretty funny guy. Hopefully he's improved in his 5 years, but I'll go either way to say hi to him.

through a friend I was able to get a copy of his cd. I was mad that night at dew the rec when he was bad mouthing his teammates and coaches, but I got over that because some here on CF say worse things than he did. tried to find you tube of lumus p but only found this
