Over the last 3 games, since Campbell has been there, the calls are 12 to 5 in favor of Iowa State. Iowa State set record last season, not a single call against Iowa State since the 1980's.
Considering how screwed Iowa State has been against Texas, I figured, Iowa State would be the one fan base that would have sympathy for Texas Tech. I was wrong.
Sidebar, I bumped into a guy down here that has some connection to TTU's DC last year and he told me their defense was going to be on the rise. They're not quite there yet, but you can see there's actually a focus on defense in Lubbock. Next year, I think they'll be a tough out.

You do realize where you are right? The opposing team’s site a little more than an hour after the game? Any other week, yeah sure there might be some sympathy but you’re crazy if you think you would get any after today
ISU has been one of the least penalized schools since Campbell has taken over. Tech is one of the most penalized teams in the country. This isn’t rocket science. Your team is undisciplined.
THat is is sad thing about this goons whining about the call. I was impressed with TTUs defense and the QB will be a pain to deal with for the next 3 years. I thought KK would be gone this year but he seems to have things heading in the right direction.
Well duh. You lost a game to ISU, and you are complaining about the refs against ISU expecting sympathy. Do you see the problem?

Don’t throw 3 INTs, have intentional grounding in the end zone for a safety & a half-dozen 15-yard penalties most of which were mental mistakes & you can overcome the bad calls which you may have more of than your opponent.
Did you have more bad calls against you today than ISU had. Sure. Did it affect the outcome more than my aforementioned facts? No.

Iowa State has been boned by the refs so many times the past ten years you are getting no sympathy here. Maybe they will send you an apology letter like we have decorating our hallways...or maybe I will give the same bs response other fans used to give Iowa State...good teams find a way to win.
Here's the last thing I'll say and I'm gone for the day.
If a single Iowa State fan would have simple said yeah "we got a lot more calls than Tech, I can understand their frustration" or "that holding call on Tech's DT was ridiculous" or "that last TD should have been PI on Butler". I would have let everything go and respected Iowa State as a good fan base.
As it stands. Not a single fan expressed sympathy for Texas Tech players, coaches or fans. Now, I hope the Big 12 straight rapes you when you go to Austin. If you would have an ounce of sympathy when the Big 12 screwed another team to Iowa State benefit, I would have sympathy for Iowa State but as it stands, your fan base is terrible and I now have zero sympathy for you. May the Big 12 screw you every single opportunity they get because Iowa State fans have ZERO sympathy when their team is on the winning side of calls.
