Yes they are. They have actually improved their defense alot, just isn't disciplined yet and so they get tagged for a lot of dumb plays.

If I am a TTU fan, I am not on another BIG XII teams board complaining, I am on the TTU boards calling for KKs head. TTU really has upgraded talent but their inability to run the ball and # of critical penalties they committed can only come back to coaching.
I'm really disappointed.
No one has been screwed over by the Big 12 more than Iowa State. I thought y'all have gotten immensely screwed vs. UT over the years.
If anyone, I knew that Iowa State fans, would feel some sympathy for Texas Tech after this game of getting screwed over.
I thought at least I could connect with y'all over that, but now I realize Iowa State fans are EXACTLY like UT fans. Not a single one of y'all will admit that a single call went your way.
This is really disappointing. I really want to like Iowa State fans. I like Matt Campbell and really want to respect the Iowa State program.
However, if you can't admit that your team got some calls to go their way, you're a trash program just like Texas. That's disappointing.

I think instead of being angry over the reffing, you should be looking at your players or coaches. Most teams would win when gifted with 2 TD’s from a blocked punt and a fumble in the endzone, no matter how bad the reffing is
