I can hear it now in March - "It's really hard to beat a team 4 times in a season"
I sure hope you are right.

That would be fantastic, but ISU has never done well at altitude, and this style of play is going to be hard to keep up when we're sucking wind in the thin air.

Let's just take this one and worry about 3 and four later.

Line is ISU -12. Based on what I’ve seen in Maui, that seems high. ISU has looked good, but CU isn’t a bad team.

This is so stupid. Just another interconference game that hurts the Big 12 as a whole. Just cancel this game. It doesn't benefit anyone.

Cancel the game? Don't be a silly.

The teams were announced back when Colorado was still in the Pac-12. Canceling a game because it now happens to be against a conference foe is a ludicrous thought.

That's a really weird take in my opinion. We played at BYU last year and didn't have a great game, but outside of that I'm pretty sure we haven't even played any games at altitude with TJ as our coach. 1 game is not a trend.

I'm guessing your isu history doesn't go back very far. There were 40 years of playing at altitude before tj got here.

That isn't creative that's a long history of isu teams struggling with going to Boulder. Didn't matter who the coach was.

I hope you are right. Maybe conditioning will be the difference, but you can't train for altitude in iowa.

Been a grueling 2 games. Hope the men can get back up for a less motivating opponent. I suspect they can.
Auburn destroys Memphis tonight, making it obvious that the Auburn-Iowa State game was the championship.

Different coaches coach differently. I don’t really know what to expect going back to playing teams at altitude but comparing teams from 15+ years ago is pointless.

The betting public perception is CU isn't a good team apparently. Kind of like NCAA tourney, a lesser team can pull an upset, and then fall on their face in the next game.

CU has 5 new starters, they hit 56% from 3 yesterday..
If they hit from 3 like that again it will be dogfight.

Typically I would agree with trying to reference things from way in the past, but Iowa State literally did struggle @ Colorado for decades. All coaches. All players. They all struggled in Boulder. We rarely won there.

ISU has a quick turn around time (about 12 hours) between games. Colo had a bit longer to rest. Hope the boys can bring it 1 more time, then relax for a few days.
This has been a really good test for the team to see where they are and what they need to work on.
