True and I wouldn't compare the racism allegations to screaming at players during a game. But part of the press conference covered his aggressive treatment of players and Bill was pretty defensive about it and basically said he wasn't going to change. He might want to put himself in the place of an 18-22 year old player who already feels bad about messing up, then gets more publicly embarrassed by getting screamed at by her coach in front of her family, friends, and thousands of people at the game and watching on tv. I wouldn't call it bullying but some sensitive types might, and Bill himself seems pretty sensitive. Just think it would be a good idea for Bill to take a good look at that part of his coaching style.
Totally agree and great coaches in all sports can always evolve. I am a huge fan of soccer since the 80s and alex Ferguson, who is one of the most successful managers of all time explained that he changed his ways in dealing with players to adjust to different generations. And there are different ways of being demanding too.
