Does the Malou signing put us to the point to not expect a drop off if Monte comes back? I'd say if Burton is a Big 12 player this year it is.

Niang/McKay will be hard to replace but Morris, Thomas/Cooke/Burton, and the other newcomers of this year and next year including highly touted Malou and Jackson...that's a ton of talent and possibly a top 3 backcourt in college bball.

Huge if that Morris plays 4 years, but if he does it's a great luxury having Jackson instead of just a solid plan. Also if he does play four years you're looking at ISU's all time assists and steals leader with him likely passing Hornacek. Think he could move up pretty high in scoring as well.

Well, no program drop off, though it's hard to expect a top ten club again.

Definitely improves the outlook but I'd still have to see Cooke & Burton this year along with how we finish out this class to make that call

We have to see how Babb stacks up as well. At this point, I'd think a Monte lead team would still be a tourney team but maybe takes a step back from being a top3 big 12 team a top 5 finish. That could change either way once we see how Burton, Cooke and Babb look. Losing Georges and Naz would take a lot of scoring away but there are ton of candidates to step up.

No kidding, what has prohm done wrong since being here? Hit the recruiting trail hard. Retained our top recruiter, signed 3 very good players. One maybe the most exciting since brackins...

Pretty impressive for the first post Fred class.

Pretty impressive for the first post Fred class.

And starting in June. How long the Bulls thing pushed the switch really had me freaked at the time.

I've been a Bulls fan my whole life and lived in Chicago for half of it, Prohm is making it easier for me so far to still have two favorite basketball teams...we shall see if I enjoy watching the Bulls this year, I honestly still don't know.

Good job Steve. I think I have now forgiven you for that pathetic performance overseas. You've shown you can do a decent job recruiting, now continue the path Fred started and make me proud.

I hope this is a joke. If not, you may be the biggest ****** bag I've seen on this site.

I look at surly more as a guest than a troll.
Maybe Boomer for Oklahoma, but he has his good days as well.
