When I expense anything for work I have to turn in the real receipts. No scans or copies allowed.

This for me as well. On a side note, some of the other things they require original signatures for and won't accept scanned copies with the signature is ridiculous and really slows down our business, especially when you need 5 or 6 signatures.

I don't have a magnetic wallet but it wouldn't matter to the hotel key cards if I did. I always put the key card in my money clip when I stay at a hotel so it is in an entirely different pocket anyway.

As long as we are talking about hotel stays I want to throw out a question a little off of topic: Going down to the lobby for continental breakfast in your jammies (assuming you wear them), okay or not okay?

Actually, it's usually the crappy Super 8s and the like. I guess a nice hotel would assume you'd dress appropriately.
