This is a prediction I can get behind. I think it all boils down to our line play. If our D-line can put decent pressure on the QB, then we'll keep their score low since our linebackers and backfield have shown that they are decent. If our O-Line can give our tailbacks some holes to run through, then we'll explode on offense.
The question, of course, is whether either of those things will happen.
I figure if I keep making the same prediction, it will eventually come true, but after listening to you, this might be the week!
Well, don't ever say nobody in the national media ever gives us respect (and Mandel typically is one of the biggest culprits)...

This is the first time this year I've reversed one of my preseason predictions. (I had us losing this by about 20).

Got earn respect, that's for sure.
The problem has been when someone like Mandel takes a chance and picks ISU, the Clones would go out and lay a big ol' goose egg.
Hopefully that won't be the case Saturday night.
Don't want to hi-jack the thread, but don't want to waste a new one on it. Can someone give me the start time?

Iowa LOSS 24-20
K-State.. i can't remember
UNI WIN 24-13
i've done ok i think. Earlier in the week i predicted a 31-6 loss for the cyclones. But i said it was subject to change over a kool-aid drinking week. And it has. Im still not bold enough to predict a cyclone victory, but i don't think tech will outscore us by that much.
Im going with 28-13 or so. But heres a hopeful thought: we have LJ Sims MOC Benton Reeves ZS Knott and klein all playing tomorrow. They better be ready to cover some receivers for 6 seconds each play! We need ya!
