The guy's a jackass and there's no reason to bring ISU into it. Honestly, it doesn't make sense to criticize a recruiting class when the coach just got hired a month ago anyway.

Alvarez tried to compete with the football blue bloods for top recruits after winning back-to-back Rose Bowls and three in six years, and he failed miserably. Can Fleck do it? I doubt it. But he can make it interesting against his Big Ten West rivals. Let's count our blessings that we have two divisions in the Big Ten and aren't bucking state rivals for recruits, as Matt Campbell is at Iowa State (#WinNow).
There are a lot of ISU alumni up here in the Twin Cities who have been begging for a home and away series with the Goofers for years. Between the huge fanbase up here and the ease of travel from Iowa Cyclones would snap up a lot of seats if available.Email JP to schedule them. Dump UNI from the schedule
