This is great but I would love to see MIz come back to the B12.
Yep, the TCU choice over Louisville still wasn't my preference and it would have given them a partner.
Which is too bad that this is all driven by football $$. Their basketball programs absolutely belong in the highest level
Well in 2013 and 2014 they were profitable, according to this article

This appears to be the first year they've been in the red since leaving the big 12.
It wouldn't surprise me if UCONN dropped football and joined the BigEast for all their sports. If I remember correctly, there was serious discussion on this back when it looked like the Big12 might take all the top teams out of the American conference.
Kansas & Texas should find a way to get Mizzou & A&M back on their schedules.
This is great but I would love to see MIz come back to the B12.
The blow that this move would strike to the narrative of super conferences and B12 instability would be epic. An SEC team leaving for the B12 just blows all of that away. As much as I resent Mizzou for their role in all this, the benefits to ISU and the league that would come from Mizzou's return would be worth setting animosity aside.
We could go to 11 for a while if necessary. The B1G Televen made it work for two decades.
Can't play 9 conference games with 11 teams. Math doesn't work.
Sure you can. The B1G Televen played even fewer conference games and were ok with some teams missing each other from year to year (not protected rivalries, of course). The top two finishers would meet in the championship even if they dodged each other on the schedule.
