They do their dates backwards in Europe so it's from today.
That's why I don't usually post early in the morning. Good point.

And the employer that decided they didn't want marijuana smokers is sued out of existence the first time they try this, by an employee that doesn't want to be "discriminated against for legal activity they engage in during their personal time." That'll go pretty well.:no:
Alcohol is legal, but if I went to work drunk I would be fired and I would not get any unemployment nor would I have grounds to sue. Same goes for pot, tests would need to be developed to determine level of intoxication rather than just the level of THC in your blood stream. Besides, most smokers would likely cost themselves their jobs due to increasing incompetence and poor work performance and employers can always use that as an excuse to fire you especially in a right to work state.

The last part I agree with. Incompetence would certainly go up.
In certain fields, one can show up inder the influence and face no penalty. I've had some co-workers do just that the last couple of years.
I care. I was hoping that He was not a part of that culture.... A pot-head. But it seems being famous, being a role model, having millions in endorsements isn't enough for him. He has to lower himself to be a dumb pot smoking young adult....... one that was the worlds best swimmer. Now he is just a great swimmer thats a "Pothead!" Nice move you dumb ***!!
Very well saidMoney/endorsements/fame doesn't really make you relax any easier...
I take it you have never smoked pot.
It's illegal, but it's not THAT illegal, lol. That propaganda against marijuana is just unbelievable. Alcohol is much worse and it's still perfectly legal. I have no clue why our government doesn't regulate it, legalize it, tax the heck out of it, and make bank. Alcohol kills/hurts more people than marijuana ever will.
At least one thing they can never say: it was a performance enhancer. lol, one of my favorite standups ever was Robin Williams Live on Broadway when he was talking about that.
The wierd thing is hes been smoking pot before he even got his 8 medals...:biggrin:I care. I was hoping that He was not a part of that culture.... A pot-head. They could regulate it and employers could still make a determination on what they allow so that people would have to chose between that and their jobs.

Annual Causes of Death in the United States | Drug War FactsMy favorite marijuana propaganda:
At my high school, there was a poster of a guy smoking a joint. Just below was the same guy in a coffin. The ignorance on the subject is amazing.

This will be interesting. The olympics have a 4 year ban if you are caught using an illegal substance. I wonder if this is enough evidence or do they need to actually test him. He should announce his retirement now, and then just say he is back after 120 days.
Oh my god, a young guy smoking marijuana!!!!!! Who cares? Burn one down Michael...
The govt really should think about decriminalizing it and then just taxing the crap out of it.
