New Oregon football uniforms.....

How long do you suppose it will be before they have one uniform for every game in the season? Holy crap, why do you need 5 uniforms?

So they do not have to wash anything till end of the season.

Their old uniform set had literally hundreds of possible combinations including jerseys, pants, shoes, gloves, etc. I'm pretty sure they used a different combination each game.

Yeah, and I thought that was a bit much. But 5 unique uniforms....somebody has a little too much extra money. Must be rough being Nike's R&D.

I would like ISU to be Nike's ***** if we could have as much Nike money as they get. Phil Knight has put some big dough there.

Sorry, forgot I know Nike/Phil Knight has put a shload of $$ towards Oregon. And, it's really kind of cool to be Nike's "test market" so to speak.

The slogan out in Oregon’s Athletic Department should be: “We were ugly uniforms, so you don’t have to.â€￾

If the football players are wearing that stuff, I can’t imagine what is floating around in that athletic office.

I think the gray pants and white unis are pretty sweet, but they don't represent the schools colors.

Oregon Unis struggle. Always have. Now they really look like morons.

Count me as one who liked the old uniforms, and like the new ones too. But, I like to see something different than what everybody else looks like, and they definitely are not boring.

Aftert seeing the close up of the helmets, I do agree they kick ***. I just can't get past the duck wings...the wings wreck the look.

I think they are disguises. They think they can slip on the field and score before the opponents realize they are on the field.

Nike has 3 levels:
1) Basic cookie cutter uniform/ apparel contract
2) Nike Elite
3) Nike Elite 2 - The only school with this status is Oregon.
