  • I guess I'm a bit of an oddity. My favorite sports have always been college football and NBA basketball. Really the only two I follow closely anymore. Even Chicago media can't scratch the NBA itch as you say because they're in 99% Bears mode by now.

    I'm not being sarcastic regarding my comments about Gannon. I really wanted him to become a Hawkeye. I'm genuinely disappointed that the Cyclones nabbed him rather than my Hawkeyes. Congrats to Rhoads and the Clones though ... he'll be a good one. My only hope is that he's willing to keep the door open for Iowa in his recruitment. :smile:
