Ultimate troll would be to make the in state rivals board only pay to play.
I don't mind hawk trolls... they are the best kind of trolls. Sure we get to hammer them back home now and then... but they are fun till that hammer is called.
This is the leader in the clubhouse as 'post of the year.'
I like his list of benefits:

5. Unsubstantiated News
Not much of a list if you have to keep repeating yourself to have enough items to fill one hand.

I get it there are ways. The problem is when Jon was in Iowa he didn't seem to have the inside sources and rarely set foot in Iowa City. Most of the time when you cover a team you should see them more than on TV. Maybe see your sources face to face from time to time.

Seems pretty stupid to create a forum within a forum. If successful, it will probably kill the main site, but I doubt if it will amount to anything.
If successful? The free site isn't even really successful, how will a pay forum be successful?
