Have you ever walked out of a movie?

The only two we've left were because of an antsy toddler - Brave and Rise of the Guardians. She now loves Brave, but I don't think any of us were enough invested in Guardians to care.

I haven't left any movies (to date) because they were so bad - but I do have a habit of embarrassing the crap out of my husband by laughing at things that I find insanely bad, even when they're not funny. Spiderman 3, when he was doing the emo b.s.? I laughed a ton. That stupid scene in Pirates 3 where they're fighting on top of the rolling wheels things? Almost got kicked out. I almost had to go to the lobby for whichever X-Men movie had Kelsey Grammer in blue face paint and fur.

This reminded me of a scene in Pearl Harbor. The main characters are at a filling station or tarmac and the acting/dialog was so hokey - somehow I was instantly feeling like it was a scene in Airplane, waiting for some reference to George Zip or Striker.

I love movies. I really love off-beat movies at The Fleur. I've never walked out - but I actually got mad at myself for not walking out in the middle of The Tree of Life. I became resolute that I had to watch the rest of it because somehow, it would all eventually be explained. Ahhhh, no.

And Pulp Fiction. What a sucky, sucky movie.

Uhhh.... what?

Me and some guys went to see that johnny Knoxville movie where he sneaks into the special Olympics. It was a dumb movie and our next stop was the casino.

The Ringer. It is a terrible movie, but it has one of my favorite lines in it. The cheating bf says they (he and the special olympians) went for ice cream to cover why they were gone, and one of the guys' response is "Ice Cream? When the **** did we get ice cream?!?" My family quotes that everytime ice cream is brought up.

Jason X.

Kid that drowned goes on revenge killing spree is somewhat believable.

Putting him in space? Come on.

My wife (fiance' at the time) and I walked out of Clockwork Orange in College State, TX. I had seen it before and liked it. But we were watching it at a film showing on A&M's campus and students were laughing hysterically at parts of the movie that are not funny. It was disturbing, so we left.

One time my family watched Hachi because it was recommended by several people. The movie was awful, so we made fun of it the entire time with sarcastic commentary despite the movie supposedly being a tear jerker and a good time was had by all.

Never. The closest I've come has been Crank 2. I could never walk out on Jason Statham though.

I have never walked out on a movie, but "Signs" made me decide that I had given up on movies....not worth the 2 hours of sitting if you can call the ending with 20 mins left. Haven't voluntarily watched one since. Only movies I've seen are when I'm in a house where one is being watched and it's either sit with everyone else and watch, or do something by myself.

If you enjoy them, I'm not criticizing, but I'm too short attention span and too practical (probably to a fault) to sit that long. I sit there thinking of things I could be doing instead.

My friend and I walked out of "The Flinstones" when I was younger. The only reason we stayed as long as we did was because of Halle Berry in a loin cloth.

Also, my wife(girlfriend at the time) and I walked out of "Dr. T and the Women." We got to the theatre late and that was the only option we had. Who knew a movie about a gynecologist was going to stink!!

For some reason I ended up going to see Crank 2 without seeing the first one. The whole time I felt like I was watching a movie that was trying to one-up the original even though I hadn't seen it. Didn't walk out but it was pretty painful. Jason Statham is becoming one of my favorite action stars though.

And I don't want to go back and find it, but whoever said that Talladega Nights was Will Ferrell's worst movie needs to be reprimanded.

Wife fell asleep during "Moonstruck", she walked out of "Green Mile", and we both left "No Country for Old Men", ("Old Country for No Man"???) The last being the worst acting by Tommy Lee Jones, ever.
