Abbreviations on this site are getting out of control

In my opinion, the abbreviations that some are using for peoples names are getting extremely annoying. Please when talking about someone at least use their first or last names...typing HB GM CK JP MG WE and countless others is just plain lazy and some people may not know what you are talking about. Just take the extra one second and type the name...seriously.

I think its a direct result of posters that get on other people able misspelled names. Personally, I have a little more problem with misspelled names than abbreviations, but neither bother me that much. Given the context of a post I can usually get the abbreviation without thinking about it. However, maybe that is a sign I spent too much time on this site.

On a totally unrelated note, my wife ordered a couple of CF polo shirts for me as Christmas gifts, and they are absolutely the most comfortable polo shirts I've yet had. Fantastic stuff, first rate, like the site itself!! Very good stuff and well done. I heartily recommend buying yourselves something from the CF store.
