Summary of YYYYUUUUGGGEEEEE Changes for 2023:

1. Change main issue talking point from inconsistencies to impracticalities on offense (It is not practical to run a dynamic offense, continue with the same five play set and a maximum of 2 scoring drives per game).
2. Major staff shake up: Hire special run play analyst who doubles as assistant special teams analyst. All other positions remain unchanged. All successes attributed to existing staff; all failures attributed to this new analyst.
3. Openly blame donors, fans and supporters for failing to support program financially since more financial support would automatically guarantee success. Randomly throwing money at challenges and complex issues without accountability, oversight and a general vision always leads to success.
4. Lose games
5. Profit
6. Refer to past records after sustaining subsequent losing seasons, remind all of past successes but stick to Fiesta Bowl win as main talking point.
7. Renegotiate contracts
8. Profit More
9. Mock anyone who questions this status quo as stupid, Hawkeye fans or ungrateful
10. Emphasize character building and life coaching successes
11. Complete lifetime contract with full autonomy to determine staff indefinitely

We are one of the cheapest fan bases out there. We are unfortunately getting what we deserve. We won the fiesta bowl and our donations went up to like 15MM which is near last in P5 donations. Tell me why we deserve nice things for a third of the price of every other team out there.

Tulsa fired Phillip Montgomery today. He would be really good for Manning’s spot OC. You could easily pay him what Manning makes. OC at Baylor and Houston before Head Coach at Tulsa.
Get him to bring little Farniok and their freshman QB or starter Brin who has 1 more year.

Not exactly sure.
Coach who makes zero adjustments during the season and still hasn't learned time management and data analytics is going to drastically change things in the offseason?

Including firing his bestie?

Please Cincinnatti, you're our only hope......
Well, now we got a moron that wants Heacock fired. JFC some posters have completely lost it.

We need a complete makeover/overhaul on offense.... and we need to hire a ST's coach as well.

If that doesn't happen... I totally expect to see the same team again next year.

Announcement of corporate partnership with Frito Lay and Stadium renamed to Jack Trice/Doritos stadium? Dorito chip logo mandated on all uniforms.....including the re-instated baseball team? To meet Title iX compliance, baseball team will play with 8 players?

BU was pretty high scoring when he was there...
