100 worst songs ever list

Yet another list about music. Heard the top 10 of AOL Fanhouse's list of the top 100 worst songs ever this morning on radio. While number 1 is bad the fact I've never even heard of it should be way down on the list. Try to guess the top 10 before going to it. I had about 5 of the 10 right, and should of had another as Achy Breaky Heart should be number 1. I love how half the list is from the 90's I didn't think the 90's was that bad.

Yeah, I've never heard of #1 either. They got #2-#5 right.

There's about 15-20 from the list that I like that I would not put on my list of worst songs ever.

EDIT: there are at least 5-10 songs that shouldn't be on this list. The rest absolutely blow.

I disagree with the Will Smith songs, he actually has some positive messages in his rap music unlike most other rap!

Every song Soulja Boy has ever made should be on that list... That Jersey Shore song at #1 is better than this,

Exactly. There's quite a bit of good stuff in that list (some really good ones even), and quite a bit of bad stuff that isnt in there.

I start to think the author hates the 90s.

And come on a top 100 worst song list without one nickelback song is total BS.
"Photograph" by NB should be on there as well as "Rehab" by Amy Whinehouse.

There is 1 song from the 60s
11 songs from the 70s
19 songs from the 80s
47 songs from the 90s
21 from 2000-today, only 4 of which are from 2006-2010

64 songs would be included if you went 1990-2005. Yeah... about that.

There's about 10 songs there I don't think I would've put on my list, but then again, there are about 20 that I'd cram to the top! Hanson's "mmbop" is definately top 5 material.

there is no substance to that list. What is the criteria? Almost all of those songs are famous... therefore, someone has to be listening and liking.

If you put something by Warrant on the list, you have to include something by Poison (unskinny bop ?).

Have you ever heard Seether's remake of Careless Whisper ? That has to be the worst song AND the worst cover ---- EVER... I heard that one day on XM's Octane channel and just about died laughing at how bad it was...
