Bunch of pissing and moaning and giving up in here... again.

While I’d prefer a W, these guys are playing their butts off as freshmen and typical bench players. Very pleased with how quickly they’re stepping up and finding roles.

Hard one to lose after being up 10 but a ton of effort and growth.

I don't know about giving up. Not our sharpest game--which left us in a spot where ****** calls could hurt. Just disappointing tonight, but the future is bright.

Yeah, we fell apart but the refs helped a little.

The officiating changed completely the last 5 minutes it seems like. Hardly calling anything to calling everything.

Only 3 fouls called on Zona second half.

Yep, losses and disappointing season if it happens is on Lard and Talley for being selfish idiots.

Eh, lots of season to go. But Lard would have helped out with Jacobsen getting gassed like that. Not sure what Talley would have done...maybe some ability to get to the rim.

ISU got hurried during that stretch and lost track of finding smart shots.

Man, I thought they played really well for missing 3 starters and a key bench player. Playing 4 freshies at times. Guys just got gassed. I think we got a p good team coming up in the second half of the season, honestly.

Then why did Zona only have 3 fouls on them in the second half with like 50 seconds left? I know the refs sucked in our favor too, but that was pretty unbalanced in the later game. Even Walton was calling it out.

That's arguable. But as usual, when most people point out bad calls they aren't limiting that to the only reason for the loss.
