If Harrison twins check out, they will not be lottery picks this year. 45 other players have been better at their positions.

I've been to dozens of clubs in Vegas over the span of 10 years and can't think of one instance where I saw a cop in a bar checking ID's.

I've seen players this year on our team in 21+ bars that are freshmen.

Wont say who, but its a real thing. They better be careful so they dont get "stevie clarked"

I'd go out on a limb and say 30% of people at Ames bars are underage.

The only bar that takes IDing seriously is Paddy's, and I'm pretty sure thats because they've gotten in trouble in the past, because they used to be the easiest.

I dont know about that. Ames ID's pretty hard. Iowa City is a different story though

As a former campustown bartender/bouncer, I can say this is not even close to accurate. Unless things have changed in the past 4 years. We would have APD coming through checking IDs at least once per night, and there was no way I was about to get a $1000 fine for knowingly letting a minor in. But there were some good fake IDs floating around.

This is a stupid argument, getting into Ames underage and getting into Vegas underage are not even comparable. Not to mention I really don't think Vaughn is going to pick the campus to play at that gives him the best opportunity to party at bars underage. Who cares.

If not this news would have to be good for us, I think.

Holy ****! Think of what an epic few days it could be. Lazzard finally is able to sign with us, letting all Iowa State fans breath easier and possibly Vaughn committing?
