Re: Rashad Vaughn

At what date does Vaughn need to decide which school he will attend? When is national signing day for b-ball? Is it well after the tourney in March/April?

He can decide whenever he wants but the late signing period starts April 16 and ends May 21. Those are the dates he can sign a national letter of intent. The rumors are that he wants to decide and announce late this month or early March. If that is accurate, it basically eliminates Kansas and Kentucky because they have players at his position that will be weighing their NBA Draft options. I think it's down to Carolina and Iowa State if that is truly the case. Who knows at this point. Probably not Vaughn let alone anyone else...

Re: Rashad Vaughn

"I don’t know why, I feel like Vaughn could end up at Iowa State. The Cyclones are a team and program on the rise with departures at the guard position after this year. Vaughn could see the floor early with two of Iowa State’s three top scorers graduating."
The only reason to go to Vegas is because he lives there and it is VEGAS. Carolina would be a big stage and he would have the tradition of Carolina, but that's a long ways from home and Roy seems to be slipping these days. Kansas and Ketucky are basically out with their players at that spot likley returning. I would have ISU as the favorites right now as well.

I wouldn't say that Kentucky is out. I can see the Harrison twins leaving regardless of where they are projected. And Young is definitely gone. Don't ever count out Calipari. Luck at what they did with Terrance Jones

Calipari has stated that he's pretty sure the Harrison twins are staying. Not sure why he would say that unless he was positive they were staying, because it only hurts his 2014 recruiting.

Since when do "rumors" = statements players have made to the media?

Vegas isn't really Vegas if you're under 21.
