Hey everyone. I live in Houston Texas. One thing I miss about being in Iowa is being able to mute the TV and put on the radio broadcast.

I have the iHeart app and when I try and put on the Walter’s broadcast it tells me I’m blacked out of the broadcast due to my location. Any of you know where to find it, outside of iHeart?

I generally like Cowherd, but he just said, "The best high school basketball recruits aren't gonna choose Iowa State. They're gonna choose...(the usual suspects.)" Has he not seen our team the last few years? Granted, we've done a lot of damage in the portal, but we've had some great high school recruits as well.

A reminder regarding tiebreaker points: If your team wins and covers you gain an extra bonus point. If you take a undefeated team who is the underdog you gain the point for them covering plus another bonus point. As the season goes on the number of teams undefeated being a underdog greatly diminish so take advantage while you can.

3 teams plays 2 FBS in this time period Fresno St. Hawaii and and Sam Houston State. If you take them before their first game they will need to win twice for you to advance.


I will be using ESPN's Lines. Line will be the line at kickoff for tiebreaker points.

Anybody else getting something like this today? I’ve seen two posts with links attached that, for me, only show a captcha “type in the characters” box in place of the link.

Other posts in the thread seem to indicate other posters can see the content. In at least one of the posts, it was a YouTube link that’s being hidden.

Woof…North Carolina is just bad. Poor fundamentals. Lack of high level athletes. Painful to watch their defense.

TCU? Their QB is as good as I’ve read about. They have team speed. Good kicker. First impression is they are a contender in the Big 12.

I was listening to Two Guys Named Chris on Iowa Everywhere earlier today and there was discussion regarding the Big 12 should only be a 1 bid team to the CFP because they did not fare well in week 1 games against other P4 conferences.

Ok...so a bottom half of the league Cinci took Nebraska to the wire with 80,000 Cornhusker fans in the stands. Colorado (who is clearly trying to rebuild and will likely finish near the bottom of the Big 12) also takes GTech to the wire. And Baylor craps the bed against Auburn. All other Big 12 teams win and the majority of them blowout wins. Utah dominates UCLA and TCU currently taking it to UNC. IMO, Colorado, Cincy, and possibly even Baylor are all bottom half Big 12 teams this year. Lets see how upper half Big 12 teams look this week (Iowa/Iowa State, Kansas/Mizzou, Arizona State/Miss St, Stanford/BYU) and lets talk.

Meanwhile, in the Big Ten, UCLA gets absolutely throttled at home against Utah and Northwestern is laughed off the field by Tulane! And the Big Ten gets a pass...why? Simple. They get a pass because of Ohio State.

My question...take Ohio State away and who is the better conference this year top to bottom?

does the ticket office sell away game tickets? I checked the website but couldn't find anything. I know they get an allotment, but can't figure out where to buy them. Looking to go to the Colorado game.
