Heck no. And why would the alumni group NOT be getting together to watch this game?! That's crazy business. So, I've got a die-hard basketball fan friend that othen goes out and watches ISU games with me (he's a Hoosier fan, but loves Hoiberg from his time with the Pacers) but he's out of town this week. It's my understanding that the Iowa State alumni group were not doing a game watch for this game in Indianapolis. So, if I went to the bar, on my own, on a Saturday night, and ordered a bucket of beer and watched the game, would it be pathetic?
HOWEVER, You should have wandered over to Kildee Hall and learned the facts about animal production. Being a vegetarian alumni of one of the premier Ag schools on the globe is truly pathetic.
WTF are you talking about?
If I'm ever in Naptown during a game, I'll have to hit you up. Was born there, all my extended family still lives there (Zionsville).
Will be back for the race in May.
Ah, thanks. I didn't read that thread.

Apparently because I studied journalism in a well known Agriculture school, I'm contractually obligated to eat meat the rest of my life? They should really let students know that in the orientation. But, I digress, I really have know desire to have this discussion in a thread that has nothing to do with it. If you'd like to continue in the appropriate thread, I'd be just fine doing so.
:twitcy:
As for boozing by yourself at the bar...I say do it!
