I agree but that bird is freaking ugly that if you incorporate into anything your going to get ugliness.
Saw a post on Twitter where they were discussing the worst college football helmets of all time. Obviously the ISU "Bugles" helmet came up in the discussion. Just curious what other ones you guys think. Of course we all hate the Hawkeyes so we can get that joke out of the way quick.
I'll post these two just to get the ball rolling.

I'm with you. I think Oregon's uniforms are often more annoying.
How about the years we wore different color helmets at Iowa State depending on how good you were. I can't remember if the good players got the Cardinal color or the bad players. However, nothing says "Here our the best players on the team and you can basically forget the rest" like running out different color helmets.
these were bad too. Not as bad as last year's inverted "poo" helmet, but still pretty bad.
I ALMOST FORGOT!!! I actually liked that helmet. They used to be the "Rainbow Warriors." Today's SJW climate would be the perfect time to bring it back. And let's not forget this wonderful day:

It has always amazed me the number of people who can't recognize an 'I', the letter that Iowa State athletes earn from playing varsity sports at Iowa State.
