3 Body Problem for me too. It was pretty good overall. I haven't read the book, but I will probably do that next. The shows first 3-4 episodes were really good, the last few a little bit less so.

I was right there with you. I hated literally everybody except maybe the sister. But they really grow on you in the best way. Season 2 is fantastic.

Yeah, I enjoyed it. My main problem is that I'm not a big TV guy, so if I'm watching something other than sports, it's with her, and I just never get around to watching these things by myself.
Ya same. I like movies, they begin and end. TV shows are always trying to leave you hanging in suspense to drive you to continue but it can be over blown as well as thin in areas because they're stretching it out unnecessarily.
This has been decent but it's far more drama than it is adventurous. Sometimes I just want to enjoy the action and cinematography not be all up in my feels all the time.

Through the 4th episode of The Regime and I think it’s great so far. Nails the quirky/subtle humor and Kate Winslet plays the role of off their rocker tyrant really well
Also watched Poor Things. Had no idea what to expect, but I loved the setting, atmosphere and acting, and what a twisted story
I agree Poor Things was really good, also The Holdovers was great.
Watched Apples Never Fall. Great acting (Annette Benning and Sam Neill). The story kept me interested with a few twists along the way. There were a few questionable plot points, but overall worth a watch.
I also recommend the Holdovers, and frankly anything else Alexandre Payne has done.

I am enjoying it as well. I think some of dialogue is a little corny and it’s getting some backlash online about how some of the sayings are too modern for that time but it doesn’t hurt the show imo. I didn’t love the casting of Abe but after the performance Daniel Day Lewis gave of him it’s hard to get to that level.
Looking for suggestions from AppleTV. We’ve got 3 months free from getting new phones. I’m a couple episodes into the third season of Ted Lasso but it’s the only show I’ve watched so far.
