I think the official was going to call a travel there before time ran out when the Tech player ran out of there with the ball, but he got overrun by the crowd.

Was going to say the same thing. The Tech player started running with the ball with about 1 second left. OU should have gotten the ball back in time for 1 last shot. Probably would have missed, but you never know.
