We are not running Hanson much, but Tech is not giving the ball to Brooks much either. Very weird considering our pass D has put the clamps on.

I'm thinking the mud is making it really hard for both OLs' feet.

I'm gonna make a statement that may be a bit hyperbolic, but I wanna know what others think:

We could have won a natty in 2020 if Purdy had Rocco's arm

I'm kinda like "no way"... then, I'm like "that was a REALLY good football team"
Depends on what you mean by "arm"? Arm strength? Yeah I think Rocco can throw it further than Brock. Rocco has not shown me he's got the mechanics yet to be a consistently great thrower. His mechanics (arm slot, release point, etc.) causes his misses. Brock had plenty of arm strength (and he's improved it in the NFL).

Rocco certainly has a chance to be great in college as well.

Yeah I thought Moberly was up on burning his redhsirt

And really, if people are calling for Becht to be taken out, is it assumed the next person in is the one to play out the season?

Then the redshirt is not needed.

Ok so I was at a birthday party with zero internet access and was able to get out of there and see the last two minutes of the first half. That part was nice, but what the hell is going on with the offense. Was shocked we had only 6 points (all off FGs too and not a missed PAT or something). We not able to throw on these dudes or what?

Strength for sure, but he probably would still need Clanton's O-line too... & probably a special teams coach... & probably Campbell's current willingness to score points

Tech is blitzing a lot from many places along with crowding the box, throwing everything else off kilter.

ISU seemed to be successful with shorter passes with some YAC and got away from it at times. Hopefully they can find that again and get some time-consuming scoring drives going.
