He is putting them to sleep with several bad calls in a row before he makes his one good play call (which is almost always a pass downfield.).

What does that look like? Creativity? Reverses, HB passes, flea flickers?

Passes beyond a yard on third down and long. Not running it up the middle repeatedly despite it not working. Crazy stuff like that.
