I’m shocked at how people are responding to my Babb take. He is just not good enough. Hard worker for sure and his brother is a legend but if we are depending on him at pg we are in serious serious trouble. Sentimental feelings don’t change that.

Disappointed in the lack of class or maturity of many on here. Turning into a TOE forum.

He is our best option at point guard and it isn’t close IMO.

They are responding to your Babb take because they watched the team play last year. Anyone that thinks plugging LW in as the PG for Babb is going to lead to a dramatic improvement in the team clearly did not watch the team play. When Babb was hurt or was not the primary PG ISU struggled horribly, with the exception of the WVU game when Talley dismantled the press. LW is great and ISU needs him desperately. But unless things are dramatically different this year ISU needs him as a scorer and finisher, not as a PG.

I would hope that's not it, I'm not even sure that's something you could do at a public institution, but as long as it's not public people are going to let their imaginations run wild.
Of course it's not something Prohm could force players to do at a public institution. Some guy flippantly throws out something about smoking weed and skipping church, somebody throws an idiotic Register "concern" article with zero substance and people on here actually believe that going to church is a team rule Lard violated and is why he's suspended.

Poor shooting percentage in the 2nd half. Hopefully when we get everyone back we can spread some minutes around and help keep everyone fresher for the end of the game. That game was played at a pretty fast pace the whole game, the guys had to be getting tired at the end of it.

The one thing with the suspensions and injuries these new guys are getting valuable experience mesh them in with who's coming back there is a ton of upside in this team still.

I think what I'm most disappointed in is that we have not named the official ISU Bball whipping boy for 2018-2019. Did it really take us 5 games to anoint Jeff Beverly, Chris Allen, Korie Lucious, Freshman Matt Thomas, Sophomore Matt Thomas, or Junior Matt Thomas?

Also, when do get to start talking about how Darius McNeill would take us to the next level? Or how we could really use some physicality inside at the hands of Brady Ernst?

How can we criticize the team or coach when we have failed to take care of these critical responsibilities as CF posters?

I did not say fired. I have never been a fan of his. I don't know how you can believe the team was up 10. I can't believe they had a 6 minute stretch where they acted like a young, tired team and the coach didn't lead appropriately.

I can't stand people saying, "things would be different." IF other kids play, some don't. Maybe Young plays and goes 1-8 with 5 turnovers. We don't know. We know ISU had a chance to win, got tired and coach didn't get them a rest and a chance to reset their offense.

So how much coaching experience do you have just asking?

Think how good we’d be if we had Rashad Vaugh.
