He couldn't win at freaking Arizona with a lot of built in positives.....he is not going to win at ISU.

it would be a big 'no thank you' on my ticket renewal
Definately agree with this, I was thinking about it anyway, because of the economy and my current unemployment status. But still I totally agree.

I REALLY hope this is the case. Mark is the only somewhat likeable one of the group. This would be Chizik all over again, first of all, people will be laughing at us, not only for losing a coach but hiring another failing head coach. Mike Stoops is keeps everyone at arms length, just like Chizik, doesn't work with the High Schools, like Chizik, doesn't do community events, like Chizik... This better be the smokescreen...

...which brings me back to Brian *******hammer.

weather, football tradition (AZ was a power not too long ago)..face it ...he is not popular.

are you by chance a Stoops?

I honestly don't know Arizona's history when it comes to football but I would assume very few others do either. It is anything but a football tradition - it's a basketball school and likely will be for the near future.

Why? What good would that do? Wether people like the hire or not we all have to support him. Booing him will get us no where.

On the possibility. If we actually hire him I will support him.

There is a long way to go.... settle down now

No, but anyone who can not admit that the warm weather of Arizona (not to mention the talent in the co-ed population), does not gain you a recruiting advantage over a place like ISU is crazy.

Warm weather and hot chicks = recruiting advantage.

Desert Swarm defense... Didn't they play for the NC not too long ago?
