I don't get what you're saying. They're representing the USA in the World University Games this summer, which is the second sentence of the release. I think you're ESPN & KU hate is a little misguided on this one.

Wasn't it some sort of weird scheduling thing that even opened up the door for KU to be in this thing? I think the team USA Basketball would normally send is doing the Pan-Am games this year, so they were scrambling to field a team.
