Merryweather matches his season total in walks in one inning. It is not that hard to throw ******* strikes. And Brujan has played well at third tonight but that’s just a boneheaded mistake. Don’t get me wrong, would’ve been a tough play regardless but just a lapse in judgment on who was running there

Yup that’s probably the bigger story from this game. Nola been struggling this year but looks like his old self. But god damn extra innings was one guy throwing strikes and one guy not

Thankful to have that stretch behind us. Stay focused and let’s go on a run. Pretty remarkable to have the record we have given the strength of the schedule, losing Steele, bad bullpen, no 3B and a 180 million dollar SS who simply cannot hit.

This and not sure I trust the starting pitching will hold up for the long run makes we concerned if the W's will keep coming.

I think Boyd Tailion Rea are a really nice 3,4,5. So to be a true contender we’ll need another ace. Hopefully Horton can slide in and move Rea to long relief/ spot starter soon.

Also I appreciate Dansby’s defense and leadership but it’s past time to move him down in the order. There’s absolutely no reason he shouldn’t above 8th. Last night was a perfect example. I’m sure glad down 2 in the 10th that he got an AB while PCA didn’t…
