I refuse to believe last year's coaching performance was a fluke, the talent this year is as good or better, Cyclones take another step forward in the improvement of the program and find a way to win, Next week Fanatics finally forget about Iowa speculate what bowl game we are going to. Don't care what the score is - just get a W!

I think the Clones have a very good chance to win this and I am shocked by some of these predictions. Not so much the KSU win, but the Clones only scoring 10 points???????????? Missouri State score 24 on them!

On a related note, I was at the Iowa game last weekend and heard from SEVERAL unrelated sources that the Iowa vs Nebraska series may be billed "Farmageddon." ARE YOU ******* KIDDING ME!!! There will only ever be one Farmageddon.

ISU 35 KSU 33. KS goes for 2 to try and tie on last play, but they are called out of bounds in same corner as Seneca was.

31-27, ISU. AA with 300 yards total offense, ARob with over 100. Thomas gets over 100 too, but most on a couple big runs. Late score wins it for the Clones.

All the more reason why ISU and KSU should copyright the name. Just make sure to do it on the DL and when Nebby and UofI try to use it, the schools could take legal action and end up getting a free south end zone out of the resulting payments.

Edit:Because I'm certain someone here will misunderstand hyperbole, :jimlad:.

This is what happens when the two least creative teams in college get together. Nebraska steals Iowa's nickname back in the day, now Iowa and Nebraska conspire to steal Farmageddon? BULL****. That's our name. They can't come up with something original? Here Iowa, take one of these:

Ag-pocalypse
Corn-Stock (like Woodstock. GET IT?)
Husker Naming Rights (the winner gets to reclaim the Cornhusker name for the year. I don't know if that's a good thing)

These are all GOLD. Take one of them. Leave Farmageddon alone.

You cannot base our team off last week's performance. Iowa was a better and bigger team than us, their D-line is as good as any we will see, if not better, and the O-line is always good and that against our weak O-line spelled bad things. We also played as bad as we could, much like last year. Speaking of last year, we lost 35-3 to the hawks and turned around and had a good season.
K-State gave up a bunch of yards to Missouri State last week, so we should be able to move the ball. I look for Wally to change up our defense so we are using 5 D-backs most of the time, and then blitz much more than we have seen.
