Haven't read through the entire thread but we should just "Jim Harbaugh" him at this point. I don't know Prohm's contract situation for certain, but think I read he's signed through 2025. From here on out, no extensions and no non-contractual raises (unless, by some kind of miracle, he ends up building a competitive team). I realize all these coaches say they need to be under contract for 4-5 years at all times for recruiting purposes, it just isn't worth it right now to keep extending him to make that happen and in turn keep his buyout high.
