I just bought a Nintendo Wii!!

I got a nintendo wii today because I got 3rd place in a slot tournament at the casino.

Just played my fiancee in wii bowling and lost by 20 pins.

I wanna download duck hunt sometime. Or another shooting game. Were pretty excited.

Anybody else been playing some games on the wii recently...im not good yet at all but im having fun

Its a different game experience. I havent played them before. Ive already got an xbox 360 and xbox live. They both got different things to offer though

I bought it, but I won $500 at the casino and decided to spend half on bills and half for fun. I got 3rd out of 400 for a slot tournament! Were gonna try to get ahold of a wii fit and another game we hear some good reviews about

The slot tournament works like this.

I paid $10 to enter the tournament. What you do is hit buttons for 5 minutes straight. Every bet is automatically maxed out for you. Your credits dont go down. It just racks up every win you get.

If you liked Mario games on other Nintendo systems, then get Super Mario Galaxy....it is one of the most fun games I have ever played. In fact, it might be my favorite game ever......I love the Halo series, but this is in a totally different category and is awesome.

If you manage to get Wii Fit, I recommend Shaun White Snowboarding. It's a pretty cool game where you stand on the balance board and control the character by leaning back and forth....just like you're actually out there (at least close to it). It's a good time.

I got a wii fit from circuit city online last week...It shipped and apparently just in time.

I just got a Wii for christmas, and am loving it. I have the Wii sports. Does anyone have other game suggestions? I think I might get Mario Super Galaxy. What is Mario Cart?

Love the Mario Kart; it is a go-kart racing game where you on tracks that are "real" or through trees/shopping malls/volcanoes. You pick up mystery boxes to get thing to throw at your opponents. Pretty fun although I wouldn't get the steering wheel they have for it.
If you want a second controller, get the Wii Play pack $10 more a straight controller and you get several fun, but second rate, games.

I also read that Nintendo Game Cube games work on Wii as well; so if you have that, you can load those and play them.

Mario Kart is good. I really like Boom Blox. Mario Galaxy is cool, but it never struck a chord with my little dude, so we hardly ever play it.
