Because I can't hate Iowa State.

I know you beat us twice and are PROBABLY the better team this year, so the hate should flow. But it just ain't there.

I Like your coach (class act). Like your players (except
McKay), and respect what ISU has done.

Could you help me out and ****** it up a little? Try to be more like Mizzou?

I would appreciate it.

Good luck in the tournament. I have you going far.

And looking forward to next year.

You hate us because we ARE better than you. 2-1.

To clarify, don't like McKay because every freaking time I look up he has an offensive rebound in his hands.

I KNOW Niang is a beast, but for McKay to dominate us the way he has makes me hate him.

Seems like a nice fellow though. Player envy. Hate him.

Will Root for him all the way now that we won't see you again this year.

He hates McKay for how he started the run in the second half in the championship game. Seriously, McKay stole a pass out top from Mason to Ellis and took it all the way to the hole with Mason and Ellis giving chase.

McKay is gonna be good next year. Real good.

^^ Ahhh, so it is player envy. That semi happens with Perry Ellis and me. I don't like him but it's because he does well a lot against us even if he has a huge age advantage over everyone else on the floor.

I feel the same way about Perry Ellis. I respect him as a player. He's a worker, he's a clean player, he's a team player...and the SOB always seems to light up against us!

I actively root for KU to lose, nothing is sweeter to me than seeing tears on the faces of sad KU fans. I was at the 2013 sweet 16 game when #1 KU peed the bed and lost in OT to #4 Michigan, priceless.

My hatred probably stems from when I was an undergrad at ISU and Iowa natives Collison & Heinrich chose to go to KU. I guess it all worked out though because Eustachy brought in Fizer and Tinsley and won the Big12. I'll still never root for KU though, unless they are playing the Hawkeyes.

I could make you hate me individually but I don't know about the team itself. Maybe they drown puppies in their spare time and use their heads to practice 3 point shooting?

It also seems like he's been at KU for about 7 seasons, but he's a Junior...

I think it's fun to have an opposing player that's good and feels like they've been around forever. That's missing in college basketball.

Ellis seems like a player that just simply goes out and does his job too. Not a lot of riff-raff from the guy.

I've never quite understood the idea of hating players for leaving the state of Iowa to go elsewhere, especially an established blue blood. Year in and out, if ISU was made up of a bunch of players from Iowa, they wouldn't be very good.

It's even worse when Iowa fans still get mad about Hinrich, no matter how many times they're told that he was originally a verbal to ISU before Floyd bolted.

Georges is our 4 year guy for other teams to get sick of. I LOVE that!

Huh, and I would've guessed it was because KU recruited him but we got him. I would have been wrong.

Unfortunately it was ISU's instability that lost them for us. I don't hate those players as much as I effing HATE Roy Williams. Not too many things have felt better than Kane and Co taking it to him last year! Suck it Ole Roy!
