Asked to recite the alphabet from the letter "E" through "P," Huggins said, "E, F, G, H, I, K, L, N, Z," according to the police report. Asked to count backward from 67 to 54, he counted from 62 to 52, the report said.

I guess I have heard of that. People become such alcoholics that they become very drunk from very little alcohol.
I don’t think Huggins will survive this, if it were just the dui or just the radio comments I think he could but both just months apart is maddening I imagine for mountaineer fans. Let’s not forget Few got a dui a season or two ago and was just suspended
I'm no prude, but when you're 69 years old and already on a short leash because of your public homophobic slurs, and then you go out and get **** faced drunk before you jump behind the steering wheel, you've got some pretty serious issues going on. I'd say he needs some help.

Extremely poor judgement and lucky he didn't hurt himself or anyone else. I hope he gets help.
Dude's also had a heart attack 20 years ago, and collapsed not too long ago on the court.

What a disaster the last few months of his career even up being. It'll be tough to shake these incidents, will probably be a big part of his legacy.
His first dui was already really rough, pretty sure the officers said he had puked down the side of his car and couldn't complete the breathalyzer. Crazy he still drinks like this considering his health. Hope he gets some help.

I won’t pretend to feel bad for him since it was entirely self-inflicted, but it does stink for a HOF coach to end his career like this
