At this point, the transfers can't transfer again and play this year unless I am missing an asterisk on the transfer portal. For example, CBF just got a transfer for the women's team but because she entered the portal late, she has to sit out.

So, these guys are best off playing this year regardless of who the coach is, then try to get their degrees finished if they want to transfer again

Good point. And that makes it easier to dismiss him.

Not only that, but that 0.21 test came after they took him into custody and transported him to the PD. All of that, including the time they took at the scene to talk with him and do field sobriety tests, and it was probably at least 45-60 minutes from when they first made contact with him to when they tested him. He was probably over 0.25 and maybe even near 0.30 when he was actually driving the vehicle.

Knew a guy who blew just under .08 cops ran him in for some other reason had him reblow at the station was over then. They charged him he beat it because he was less than a mile from home when originally pulled over. Lawyer successfully argued he would have been home while still sober if not taken to the station.

Apparently when asked where he was, he wasn't sure, and thought maybe he was in Columbus, OH. He was asked why his tire was all shredded up, and he said he didn't remember. He was arrested at 8:30pm. He said his last memory was eating at BK around 1:30pm
If true. Holy ****. And he's gotta be fired

He may have been headed back from a basketball tournament in Sherrodsville, OH that ended yesterday. Washington, PA (where the burger king was) would have been on the route home to morgantown. Pittsburgh would have been a wrong turn from there, and obviously a big gap in time (the distance between would normally be less than an hour) unless he stopped somewhere else in between (perhaps the sister in law's he mentioned, if he ever made it there). He likely hit something somewhere too, given the tire.

Wonder if that vehicle, being leased by the university, is gps tracked.

Yeah, for sure. It would be scientifically difficult for someone Huggins’ size to get that BAC from regular beer.

Also would depend on the pace of drinking, if he'd been drinking for several hours (which may be possible given he seemed to still think he was somewhere he was hours ago) that would spread things out a bit so he'd need even more alcohol to hit that to make up for the alcohol being processed out of the system at the same time.
