Doing things without needing my phone with me at all times.

Doing things independently. I can't believe how many people don't know how to go to a concert or something and just be ok being by themselves.

I am still an amateur, but I can bake and decorate cakes/cookies/cupcakes. It started 10 years ago when my first daughter turned one, and I keep trying new things. I am no way as talented as a professional decorator but have been asked to make wedding/birthday cakes for others.

Easter free throw shooting contest with the family. I made 22 in a row. And I am an old lady.

Also the maps and directions for me. If I've driven someplace before I can remember being there again even if it's several decades later.

I usually can just get to where I need to be without any issues, but I do love maps. I can just sit and study a map for a while just because I think it's interesting.

Also can identify pretty much every song that was a hit between 1955 and 1980 (or so), the artist, and the year (but for some reason I seem to be one year off more than I think I should be). Also usually know the original record label.

But I don't remember names of people I meet. I can be introduced to someone and before we've exchanged handshakes and other basic information, I've forgotten their name already. Exceptions seem to be automatic for the extraordinarily attractive... for some "strange" reason.

Are you me or am I you? Seriously, that's me on every point (except that my era in music is between 1980 and 1990)!

Another random one: I know zip codes. Thanks to work I can identify several zip codes just given the city and state.

Memorizing things.

Most people with an Eidetic Memory have one thing that they can't remember at all though... mine is Music Lyrics which is most likely because I can't hear them all that well. I'm terrible at it. But I can memorize a speech with only a couple reads.

I may be the exact opposite, because I am pretty amazing at remembering song lyrics and mostly useless stuff like movie/tv show quotes. My family always asks why I couldn't better apply it to remembering stuff for courses I wasn't interested in at school. For whatever reason I have about 4,000 songs in my iTunes library and I probably know 95% of the lyrics to at least 3,000 of those songs. I can even remember lyrics from a song I've heard in the past once it comes on even though it may have been 10 or 15 years since I last heard it.

There are also about 15-20 different movies I can quote line for line. (Dumb and Dumber, Forrest Gump, Anchorman to name a few.)

I can be pretty emotionless whenever I need to be. But it's a blessing and a curse.

I don't know if its similar to this, because I don't necessarily have to lack emotion, but I am very good at not sweating stuff/keeping my cool in most social/high pressure situations. Job interviews, tests, dealing with authorities, etc. Really anything high pressure for the most part I'm good at. The only exception would be talking to a girl I REALLY like, then I turn into an idiot mumbling nonsense, which is just awesome.

I've heard that resisting the temptation to cheat on your SO is difficult for a lot of men. Not me.

I definitely share this with you. I have had many girlfriends and never cheated on a single one, even though I've been cheated on at least twice that I know of. It is a really crushing feeling to have your heart ripped out when someone you love does that, so I just don't get the mindset of a cheater. I loathe the idea of being responsible for putting someone else through that pain on purpose.

I think a lot more men have no problem being with one person once they've really matured/settled down (not 18-25 anymore) then society would like to lead on. I do have some friends who are pathological cheaters, womanizers, and repeat offenders. Unfortunately some women LOVE those guys, I don't believe ALL women do, but it is frustrating to see these women who seemingly love to get hurt emotionally over and over rather than be with someone loyal.
