As of last year St Cecilia still did theirs. I believe they alternate weeks with St. Thomas Aquinas, but I could be wrong. It was one of, if not the best in town IMO.I do enjoy a fish fry. When I lived in Ames, I know St Cecilia used to do one. Not sure if they still do.
Anyone know of any in or around Ankeny?
I feel like you're alright. This reference I like it.I went to St. Cecelia's fry one time, and they said they were out of fish. I was all like...Cecelia, you're breaking my heart, you're shaking my confidence daily.

Many, many bigtime fish frys though....Nothing good has ever happened in Omaha.
If anyone happens to find themselves in Milwaukee...
Beer Hall | Lakefront Brewery
It's kind of a big deal...we tried to go, ended up skipping because no parking and large crowd+2 small kids...
The American Legion in Polk City. $8 all you can eat fish, fries, cole slaw, baked potatoes, and bread. They have a bar if you want any adult beverages and bingo starts when the eating ends around 7 or 7:30. They do it every Friday from now until Easter except for Good Friday. It's good for an adults-only group but also family friendly if you have kids.
