I'm sure you are going to suggest that I am proud of myself but I'm going to ask it anyway: What is Richard Sherman doing in your Iowa example?
He switched positions at Stanford his senior season.

Both guys looked atrocious at linebacker in North Dakota St game. They need to approve A BUNCH to be even competitive in the Big 12.

The good news is they have one of the best LB coaches in the B12 right here at ISU. Wally's work with our LBs shows that he can coach up that position.

Meeks is a FR and Seeley a Soph. We just need to give these guys time. Both Miller and George struggled until late in their careers and then had good senior seasons. I think we should actually have good depth at DE next season. Taylor, Pierson and White return with Luna and Ayeni redshirting. (Ayeni will likely play inside) Plus the JC DE. They could always move Mitchell back outside as well. Depth shouldn't be a problem. We just need a couple of those guys to emerge as playmakers. I think Taylor has a shot with a year of strength and conditioning. Meeks definately looks the part of a MLB. Big athletic dude who just needs to gain experience. He was originally recruited as a QB out of high school.

Any word on Jordan Harris's development? He was brought in to compete for a starting job, but obviously needed some time with the defensive playbook. He looked ferocious in his highlight reel.

Thanks for bringing back that memory. I still have visions of NDSU offensive linemen 3-4 yards downfield looking for someone to block and our LBs where nowhere to be found.
