If anyone ever visits Seattle, go to Elliot Bay Brewery in West Seattle and get the Black & Blue Buffalo Burger. It's a buffalo burger with bleu cheese and it is awesome. I first ordered it after the "tornado game" since we beat the Buffaloes and got so hooked that I got it 90% of the time when I went there -and I went there a lot and they had a lot of good stuff on the menu.
