If there's a better way to eat scrambled eggs I'd like to hear it.What is the appeal to a breakfast/brunch buffet? Do that many people enjoy luke warm scrambled eggs that have been sitting around for an hour?
With that being said, Americana does have a wide variety of options and is a good option. Although if I ever go back, I would just get the bloody mary/mimosa buffet and enjoy my drinks with a lot of the garnishes.
Best breakfast option in Ames is The Cafe. It's not a buffet, but if I'm eating out for breakfast, I want to eat something I couldn't have thrown together myself.
