Happy Joe's taco >>>>>>> Godfathers taco
All taco pizza comparisons start and end with Happy Joe's. Period, end of story. Not even a debate.

Casey's is pretty good but I get that it is basically gas station pizza. The crust is meh. And could they have found a bigger chode of a Hawk fan? Just staring at that ******* pizza box like he's dying even has to go in for a second piece. Dude hold the **** up a second....

The poster bashing Casey's and coming back with Pappajohns? JFC...

Some of you whipper snappers weren't here to suffer through a bowel-cleansing evening after Home Team chased with Milwaukee's Best..

Big Cat is a must follow on Twitter. He’s constantly making me laugh with some of the stuff he posts. Portnoy is a doosh nozzle.

Barstool, deadspin, and the other one that I’m forgetting are horrible. Bro-ey to the extreme.
totally agree, however I think Barstool separates themselves from those other guys because they do have content that you can listen to and enjoy without thinking "wow, you are a doucher". I find myself backing Barstool employees and the things they put out, without having any sort of loyalty to Barstool or Portnoy as a whole.

However, I can see how/why people wouldn't even want to give anything a chance from those outlets.

Casey's Pizza is alright, but any Iowan will be hard pressed to find a person from out of state that they can convince gas station pizza is the best option in the state. It is just not how people are wired and will not accept it, just like Minnesotans and their damn Duck, Duck, Grey Duck.

Just own it as yours and say screw em to whoever tries to rip you/Iowa for it.

Casey's pizza is great for what it is...... but the best in the state? Not by a long shot! And why in the hell wold you have him review breakfast pizza? I like the breakfast pizza, but lets be honest, it's not really pizza. Just because you throw it on a crust doesn't make it pizza. You also have to remember this guy comes from New York..... A place where there is superior pizza on almost every block. Of course he's going to think poorly of gas station pizza. I thought it was hilarious how the hawk fan was sooo sure this was going to be the best thing he has ever had.... only to be shot down when his dreams were shattered. Yes Portnoy is kind of an arrogant douche, but c'mon it's Casey's pizza!

I agree that Casey's isn't the world's greatest by a long shot but I have to disagree on the New York front. I am by no means comparing New York Pizza to Casey's but it is waaaaayyyy overrated and people from New York are really sensitive about it. I think if anything it makes him less of an expert. I don't know much about Bar Stool other than listening to Big Cat on ESPN 1000 here and there but this guy just gives me the impression that he had his mind made up before he even tried.

My son is 3 1/2 years old, and his favorite thing on the planet is Casey's sausage breakfast pizza. He's a little guy, below 50th percentile in both height and weight, but put him in front of a Casey's breakfast pizza, and he'll eat 4-5 pieces in one sitting, easily. "Egg Pizza! Egg Pizza!" Doesn't matter what time of day it is, that will be his response if you ask him what he'd like to eat. The kid is bananas for it. We don't even get their regular pizza anymore, because if he saw the Casey's box and it didn't have "Egg Pizza" in it, he'd be furious.

Happy Joes BLT > Taco. Their sauerkraut/ Canadian bacon is also pretty dope.

I don't know man. Good NY style pizza is hard to be. I love Chicago style, but it's more of a casserole than a pizza.

Casey's pizza isn't the best, but it's damn good, especially for a gas station. It's also a point of local pride. It's an Iowa thing, and people generally own it.

Casey's pizza is on par with or better than any national chain, but falls short of the best local options in many places, particularly big cities.

I'm out on Casey's Pizza. $12 for a puddle of grease? I mean, I'll eat it, and it isn't terrible, but I am just out on it. Their Chicken Bacon Ranch is real good though.

Rick's Wagon Wheel in Floyd off 218 is my go to Gas Station pizza these days. Of course I live in Floyd, so that helps.
