We'll be there too but not a suite. Curious to see what the daily happy hour will turn out to be. Looks like decent food options and free booze so what could be bad, right? Of course, they might run out of booze after 15 minutes given the influx of fans!

There are six of us driving down for the game and four out of the six do not drink. Guess who gets the extra 8 drink tickets? WINNER WINNER HERE!

I'm staying at the Sheraton as well. Thursday and Friday night. It's about 100 yards to get to the Riverwalk from there.

We are staying at Sheraton Gunter too.

Every Drury Inn I've stayed at they give you two complimentary drink tickets every night. So 4 of my friends will be giving me their drink tickets.

Thanks for the heads up. I just checked and still no availability. At this point, I bet that the Westin is oversold, was glad to get your cancellation, and won't relist any availability.

At least it is downtown. I think for many of us, you'd rather by downtown/close to the riverwalk vs close to the Alamodome ( assuming of course, you plan to do more than just attend the game while you are there)

The dome is probably a mile from the riverwalk, at most.

Staying at the Holiday Inn Express N. Riverwalk. Apparently the building is an old county jail where they use to execute a lot of people and is now supposedly haunted. Apparently it is a stop on haunted tours. Lol! I had no idea when I booked it.

Welp... Priceline said they couldn't get my reservation so now I'm at the Tropicano. I did get a20% bonus on my refund and this hotel is cheaper. Disappointed not to be at a decent hotel but whatever, it's in the Riverwalk area. Well unless this gets cancelled too

I booked here yesterday afternoon and woke up to an email that they overbooked and my reservation was cancelled. We are now all the way out by the airport.
