I think that's supposed to be death and it's tied to that planet, so I don't think it could leave and come to earth. Never know though.

They have certainly alluded to it being Death. I would seriously be ****** if they waste Madame Death on the TV show rather than have her for Thanos in Infinity War.

yeah, this season has been amazing.

And i actually felt bad for Ophelia after she gained human form. She went crazy, but she's also learning to deal with every single human emotion all at once, which would probably do that.
