I must have missed the greatness of his speech.

What I did catch was while praising our WR group he couldn't even pronouce Bundrage's name correctly. This always bothers me, if you are talking about an oppossing player and talking about how good he is and then mispronouce his name that tells me you are just using lip service.

Wasn't this what everyone said after CPR's locker room speech after the Nebraska win in 2009?
Exactly. This is the only thing running through walls for our football program:

Well, his team is awful and a lot of really charismatic people have failed but I agree. It's really hard for me to want ISU to crush them. Seems like an awesome guy to play for.

You could same the exact same thing about Paul Rhoads, so.... might as well just keep him. Every college college coach in the country is charismatic.

There are some coaches that can get a good mix of "cheerleading" and coaching together...then you get some that can only be a cheerleader. Beaty has a heck of a long ways to go until we see what he really is.

At least we have facilities and a passionate fan base. Beaty is down to 60 healthy scholarship players and little else going for him, including a fan base that could give a rat's butt about football. Herculian effort to get that program to a bowl game in next several years.

Paul Rhoads isn't charasmatic. He's passionate and demonstrative. Way different.

Maybe KU should join the MAC.

Pretty obvious KU fan base doesn't care about their football team. I'm looking for a well oiled machine tomorrow. Two weeks Rhoads!

Stewie knows how to treat things that run through walls:

Living down in KC, everytime I hear him on the radio, I reminded of what I used to feel like with CPR in 2009-2011.
