Gran Tursimo series(PS3) w/ steering wheel/pedals on a 120" screen and surround sound. It's embarrassing to think how many hours I spent playing this game.

Non-sports (since you can play them forever) would probably be Resident Evil 2. Young Pantsy spent a lot of his childhood playing that game and subsequently having nightmares about it.

Old favorites were Legend of Zelda and SMB3.

I don't know why it is, but MarioKart 64 was/is superior to any other version that came out, and arguably my favorite game ever. I and four friends (loser was out next round) spent an entire weekend holed up in a room playing that game.

I think MarioKart 64 can't be beat as the Multiplayer was by far the best in the series. Plus it also had the best balance between racing/driving skill (powerslides) and weapons. The newer games are too gimmicky with the variations in weapons and how they affect the game.

GTA5 is probably my favorite. Going old school, I loved Contra and Contra II along with Trog. Such a simple game/objective but my friends and I really got into it. For PC, I loved Warcraft 3. Spent many late nights playing that.

I wanted to pick up The Last of Us as so many have mentioned it and I've heard it's good, but I have a 360.

I don't play very many video games anymore but I loved The Last of Us. Wish they'd come out with another DLC.

I can't name one favorite though. My top in no order:

Unreal Tournament
Diablo I and II (haven't played III yet)
The Last of Us
Myst (all of them)

I've also got a photo album on facebook that shows the steps in making it. Unfortunately, the PC is currently on the fritz after a windows update went wrong.

If it keeps being updated, Binding of Isaac: Rebirth may end up being one of my favorite games ever. I've sunk hours into that thing. The replay value is insane.
