In case anyone wants extra content to get them through the day. Jason Scheer Pod with a preview of tonight.
Scheer is good guy. He pushed coming to Big 12 and he is very objective.

I haven't seen them play yet this year - but they haven't beaten anyone really good.I wasn't too impressed with Arizona when I watched them lose to UCLA in Phoenix. Looks like they have only lost 1 game since
up to 2.5 dogs (ISU) on Draft Kings. ISU +120 AZ -142My draft kings has isu at +1 underdog. both moneylines are - money. Isu -105, Arizona -118. Pretty much a toss up.
Time for an after dinner nap...Try 10:30 here on the Atlantic coast!
Definitely not a murderer's row.I was thinking this was a for sure L but then looked at their schedule and results so far.
Their league wins are WVU, Cinci, TCU, UCF, Baylor, Okie State, Colorado. Not exactly a list of the league best. Not saying they're bad at all. And still think it's unlikely we win, but maybe the chances of winning are a bit better than I thought.
I saw that and thought the same thing. Really speaks to the type of coach/players we have.Great photo
This kind of jibes with the Haslametrics 'paper tiger factor' mentioned in the computer projections thread.I haven't seen them play yet this year - but they haven't beaten anyone really good.
They are 0-3 in Quad 1A games, and 3-6 in Quad1 games total. Those 3 wins are Baylor, @ WVU (after losing to them on a neutral floor earlier) and @ Cincy. They are 4-0 at home in conference games, but Baylor's the only top-half team they've played in Tucson.
Fair.Arizona is the kansas football of b12 basketball - lose all your relevant non-conf games to tank the reputation/metrics of the b12, and then get your ^&%$ together and start beating the teams in conference.
